Energy Poverty Action Plans

This report presents the energy poverty action plans of seven utilities/energy companies, developed within the framework of SocialWatt. Each plan includes a technical and financial analysis of the schemes that will be implemented in Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Romania and Spain. These plans are short summaries of more comprehensive internal plans that are in some cases still undergoing continued development.
